Hello. According to what I can assess through your photos, you have sagging, sagging breasts and pathological scarring. You need a mammoplasty revision. I suggest you replace the implants and place them in the retro muscular plane and obviously redo your scar as an anchor because it is not aesthetic. I hope I can help you clarify your doubts.

From what I can assess after taking your photos, you need a lift. Breast implants do not lift the breasts. They only give volume. To lift them you have to make incisions. I hope I have helped your question.
