Hi, thank you for your question. I do not recommend steroid injection due to risks even rare.. (blindness etc) as well as it would not be too helpful. You should talk to your surgeon for inj. Hi, thank you for the question. It seems that: your nose dorsum is still high and the lip tip angle may be reduced, if you wish. It is not necessary to reduce the projection of the nose. Refining those areas would be enough. Regards. Cem A.

Hi, thank you for your question. It appears that, a soft triangle area retraction is the problem. Cartilage graft (your own) to this area would be much better for appearence. Nostril base: I have not seen a serious deformity. A radical touch would be dangerous. May be, a simple touch would be dramatic. Best. The Nose Clinic

Hi, thank you for your question. I do not recommend you fillers as you mentioned before for the risks even they are quite rare. Your skin and subskin tissue is vulnerable due to previous surgeries. Fillers would be also dangerous for this reason. Cartilage graft (if possible, your own) would be ideal material. It is not safe to perform rhinoplasty couple of months after filler use.
