Thank you for you question. The picture you’re showing indicates implant malposition and maybe capsular contracture not bottoming out. Also selective capsulotomy and maybe a choice of different implants will probably help you. A board certified surgeon can fully evaluate and give you options.

Thank you for your question. It is extremely important to wait at least 6 months for tissues to heal and see the results of tissues softening and see the exact deformity and asymmetry that are present. The last thing you want to do is to hurry up and do the revision before tissues settle down. Be patient and make sure after waiting about 6 months, you see a Board certified plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon for a full evaluation.

Thank you for your question. A breast lift with augmentation will give the most desirable results. Scar appearance will vary based on skin type. With the lighter skin that you present with, scarring will probably fade nicely. Without an appropriate lift, the results will still be saggy and asymmetrical.

Unfortunately larger implants alone won't fix this problem. Perhaps, there maybe some issues with the release of the deeper tissues. A full examination will determine where exactly is the problem. After careful evaluation a very specific treatment to correct this problem, which can include a revision mastopexy and different choice of the implants.

Good question. The revision after BBL can be done carefully with liposuction and reinjection of fat in strategic areas. A board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this field and fully evaluate you and perform the surgery. You must wait at least 6-9 months after your BBL to make should all of the treated areas are settled down and no changes occur before deciding on revisional BBL.

Great question. Majority of the undesirable bulge you are complaining of is due to abdominal muscle laxity. A board certified plastic surgeon can carefully tighten the abdominal muscle and remove the excess skin with very nice results. Based on the picture you provided, liposuction does not seem to have role in your treatment.

Great question. I definitely do not recommend another breast surgery before you have your child. Also 6 months after breast feeding stops you should consider a revision. Pregnancy related changes on the breasts are unpredictable and you have to wait for these changes to settle before deciding on any breast revision.

Thank you for your question. This problem usually is due to capsular contracture if there was no trauma history. Also and infection such as urinary tract infection can cause irritation of the capsule. If there was no previous trauma nd no evidence of infection, probably a capsular contracture that started a while ago and is getting harder. A board certified plastic surgeon evaluation will help decide the actual cause and customize your solution.
