Would I be a good candidate for non surgical rhinoplasty?
Non Surgical Rhinoplasty
Nov 2, 2018
Hi, judging by your pictures, you are a good candidate for a non surgical rhinoplasty. See your local plastic surgeon and have him or her show you where the fillers can go to help augment your profile, it will help camouflage the tip. Unfortunately, fixing the tip would need some tip work and surgery but you will surprise yourself how things can look after the injections are done.
Hope this helps
What could be done to change the overexposed nostrils?
Nasal Flare on profile
Oct 22, 2018
Hi, thank you for your question it is hard to tell much from one photo, a lot of factors contribute to the nasal flare. Smile muscles can cause the nostrils to flare, even after some of the surgeries you might be interested in reading more about such as alar base reduction.Flared nostrils surgery corrects nostril flaring for static facial expressions. If the flared nose is due to nasal tip cartilage, a tip rhinoplasty can be done. Seek a trained plastic surgeon in your area for better...

I am really sorry to hear about what happened, this is a matter that comes up regularly and is not that uncommon. the problem is in how the product is marketed not just by the company but also by your injector it is important that the word used is clear, for instance i never tell a patient the products lasts 6 months, that is simply misinformation, the manufacturer encourages the word "Up To" to present that the product may last that long but not entirely and certainly not definitely. I have...

Non Surgical Rhinoplasty
Aug 22, 2018
Hey,
Your photos look good, i would wait a bit longer. You still have an option of going back in for a touch up. Remember, swelling is worst in the first few days so sit upright when you can, minimize touching or moving the filler, and use a cold pack to help minimize the swelling.

keep up updated with more pics in the future, hope this helps

You should see your injector
Aug 20, 2018
Hey there,
I agree with the other contributors to your enquiry. Injecting soft tissue fillers into a small tight region puts the small blood vessels in jeopardy sometimes. This can lead to areas that don't get enough blood supply which then subjects it to ischemia and pressure necrosis from the filler which is occupying a lot of space, pulling a lot of water and leading to changes in the skin ie redness, loss of skin etc.
The filler may have to be dissolved using an enzyme, it is...

Mild Swelling is Normal and will subside
Aug 20, 2018
Hey There,
there is some swelling with any injections to the body, this will get better as the filler settles in its area. Minimize handling or rubbing the area, sleep propped on some pillows for the first few days. if you find that is swollen you can use a cold compress or pack, this helps a lot. There is no evidence to say you need to take any medications to minimize swelling such as arnica etc. I would recommend minimizing contact sports and impact sports until a few days have...
Are tiny bumps on top of bridge okay after non surgical nose procedure?
Its too early to have it dissolve and go away!
Aug 20, 2018
Hey there!
Congratulations on your non surgical rhinoplasty. This is a common thing patients always write back about. Please dont keep pushing at your injection site, let the filler settle and give it time. Manipulating the filler will move it away from where your injector intended and can have the results not looking as good as you want them too.
Ensure to sleep on multiple pillows and use a cold pack to help with minimizing the swelling.
Best of Luck
Are there any new safer permanent fillers for the nose?
Permanent Fillers to the Nose
Jun 19, 2018
Hi Adviceseeker, thanks for your inquiry. We get asked similar questions in the office by patients all the time. Why dont you share some photos and let us know what you are trying to achieve and we can better direct you as to the safest way to proceed. Silikon or Artefill has been used in the nose, but not without complications, only experience people with many years experience of using permanent fillers should be sought after. A trial of non permanent filler should be done first before...
Can I have a non surgical rhinoplasty before starting Accutane?
Accutane and Fillers
Jun 19, 2018
Hi gmerzer,
There is no contraindication of getting fillers before you start roaccutane. Isotretinoin is not a contraindication to dermal fillers, however surgical procedures and skin resurfacing procedures such as chemical peels or laser resurfacing are a big issue.
Just ensure you see a board certified injector who can follow you should you have any concerns or queries after the procedure.

NSR for Asymetry Nose
Jun 13, 2018
Yes, i think a non-surgical nose job could be used here to sufficiently yield a result that would be to your liking. Obviously, surgery is better in the sense that would address the nasal bone and more tip work can be done but if you don't want that, fair play to you, then a non surgical rhinoplasty would be worthwhile. Why don't you see a plastic surgeon in your area to help bearing in mind that fillers cannot reduce the size of the nose and results are only temporary.
Am I a good candidate for a non surgical rhinoplasty? Looking to straighten and even out nose.
NSR
May 24, 2018
Hello meeow80, yes you would be a great candidate! I believe it is best you seek a consultation from a certified physician in your area who can see you and you can point out what you want fixed. In general, the soft tissue fillers work well for the top of your nose and should be used sparingly in the bottom part of your nose close the rim or top because of the thinness and the risk of affecting the blood supply of that area. A non surgical rhinoplasty using dermal filler will help...
If I get my nose filler dissolved, will my nose look exactly the same as before?
Dissolution of Nasal Fillers
May 24, 2018
Hello Abby7374, thank you for your question. yes if you get your filler dissolved, the nose should go back to your baseline before the procedure. There are small risks including local injection site reactions such as pain, itching, redness, or swelling. Sometimes the swelling can fool you into thinking that the nose isnt changing shape or form but once that subsides you should go back to the pre preocedure appearance.
Hope this helps

Nose filler necrosis - Should I be worried?
Redness and swelling after NSR
May 22, 2018
Hellow Ahmedgamal, judging by your question and photo it is likely that one of the many injections compressed a small blood vessel that runs in that area or hurt a vessel hence the redness and swelling. It is best you return to your injector or seek a new expert opinion, you might need to take some aspirin, start warm compresses, reversal of the filler with Hyaluronidase and possibly start some antibiotics.

What's the solution to shrink my nostril?
Nostril Reduction
May 22, 2018
Hey Kevin3, thank you for your question and your photos. You are interested in reducing the size of your nostrils -I'm afraid it is rather difficult to give you an answer without suggesting that the best way to do is by undergoing a rhinoplasty or standalone alarplasty. Is it best to consider that when you are addressing flare, size and show of the nostrils. When you have a rhinoplasty a procedure called an Alarplasty (Weir resection) is best done to reduce the nostril size...

Fluid from pocket
May 21, 2018
Im not sure what you are referring to. Do you have photos? that could help us immensely. Lipomas don't usually leak any fluid unless you have actually broken the capsule they are in and now the fat is draining out, but that is usually gold in color. Is there redness? you might have an abscess or infection and you are just expressing inflammatory fluid or serous fluid. A picture would help a lot here.
