Neuromodulator injections, such as Xeomin, can be done while on Aspirin but there is an increased chance of bruising. Using an arnica cream at the injection sites for a few days before and after the injections can minimize bruising and makeup can also be applied. Avoidance of green tea, alcohol, ibuprofen, vitamin E and omega 3s several days before and 24 hours after injections can also minimize bruising.
