I tend to inject the PRP immediately after the Fraxel laser . This leads to two effects:
1 . Shorter downtime
2. Better scar lifting

Yes I find that Fraxel does very well with most forms of scarring. Often multiple treatments are required. Better results are obtained if pre treated with a retinoid cream.
What’s the best for me to correct dark circles/creasing under eyes?

I have found the best is a combination of a retinoid cream and hydroquinone. This can be prescribed in the form called Pigmanorm. Use nightly and wash off in the morning and use sunblock. You can buy over the counter products containing Kojic Acid but these tend not to work as The European Medicines Agency limited the maximum concentration allowed to 1 % which is not strong enough.
