You can do a trial of brow lifting with Botox to see if it corrects first. Brow lifts can also be achieved with fillers and threads; however, if you want a permanent fix then I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon to assess for either a blepharoplasty or endoscopic brow lifting.

I agree, swelling might be a contributing factor. I suggest to wait for two weeks then consult with your injector if your not satisfied.

Botox effects are reversible. It is important to consult with your injector to evaluate if this is a side effect from Botox and they can go over the different options to achieve relative symmetry between the two sides.

Botox effect usually lasts between 3-4 months. You can get touch ups or Botox to other treatment areas at anytime as long as you do not have any contraindications and there are no potential complications from adding more Botox to already treated areas!

Botox would help to shrink the masseters or parotid glands if they are the cause of the fullness in your lower face. I suggest you consult with a local injector for an assessment.

Botox has been reported to improve and also worsen dry eyes! I would consult with an ophthalmologist to help you with this issue.

I would suggest you see a reputable injector for an assessment. Your fillers might need to be manipulated or dissolved and redone again.
It is a bit difficult to give you more advise without attaching photos!
