I’ve had my impacted canines removed. Now feel as if my smile is not visible and ugly.
Reverse orthodontics
May 17, 2020
Dear Ellie,
It is possible to get your previous smile back with reverse orthodontics, surgery and Dental Implants. However, complete reversal may not be possible but, a very pleasing smile can be given with the above procedures.
Having said that a thorough investigation with xrays and clinical examination is required before prescribing a comprehensive treatment plan.

Reverse orthodontics
May 11, 2020
Hi Ayushee,
With reverse orthodontic technique, your teeth can be taken back to original position and the space thus created can be filled by placing Dental Implants into jaw bone.
However, there are limitations to this procedure and sometimes complete reversal is not possible due to jaw rotations.
Alternatively, if you feel that your problem is due to loss of fullness in face due to teeth extraction and retraction of teeth, autologous fat ( your own fat from belly or thighs) can be filled…

PFM ( porcelain fused to metal) crowns are not very pleasing
May 11, 2020
Ms.Cintia,
The type of crown that is fixed there is a PFM crown. Usually, PFM crowns look a bit unnatural as metals ( alloy used under the white ceramic) are opaque while natural teeth are translucent( allows some amount of light to pass).
To get excellent results ask your Dentist for metal free crowns that have translucency property similar to teeth. However, such crowns are very expensive in the US. You can discuss with your Dentist.
Hope this answer helped. Good luck.

Do I need more filler in my lips to correct the unevenness?
Autologous fat transfer as an alternative to juvederm
Oct 20, 2019
According to me, although there is some unevenness it is not very obvious. So wait for some more time and if it still remains, get a hyaluronidase injection ( juvederm dissolving injection) into the areas where it is excess than injection fresh juvederm into the side where it is filled inadequately. And next time go with autologous fat transfer ( your own fat from unwanted areas, removed, filtered and transfered) that is more natural and less expensive.
Is it worth getting an implant? Do I have less expensive options?
Dental implants are not really expensive
Mar 20, 2019
Good question! With advanced technology and increasing number of Dental implant placement, the cost has drastically come down.
There are other less expensive options, but they are not as strong and comfortable as Dental implants.

What alternatives (only) to Hyaluronidase and Vitrase do I have to get rid of the
Autologus adipose transfer
Dec 23, 2018
Taking out fat from areas where it is unwanted and filling the same fat back into body where it is required is called autologus adipose transfer or fat transfer. It is a very safe, less expensive and noninvasive procedure with added advantage stemcells in fat tissue.
17 days after dental implant and it started to swell is this normal?
Swelling post Dental implant
Jul 17, 2017
Post operative swelling for 1st 3 to 7 days is normal, but swelling and pressure after 17 days post op is not normal. It is usually a sign of infection. So, go back to your Surgeon and get it checked and get suitable treatment.
Hope this helped.
Regards
