If money is no option, 2 procedures are optimal if you have a significant amount of lifting of the breast needed. It is possible to do the 2 procedures at the same time & of course your surgeon will attempt to make your breasts as close to perfect as possible but mastopexys are long tedious procedures and sometimes tissue swells and the fat transferred to the breast may or may not survive and be completely symmetrical. You can absolutely have a 2nd breast lift in the future if Necessary using the same incisions as the first procedure. The best solution is to just wear snug, supportive bras to hopefully prevent need for another lift.
