Candidate for a brazilian buttock lift
The focus for a brazilian butt lift is body sculpting. Looking at your picture, it shows that this procedure would work for your body type.
It looks as though you do have enough fat to harvest for this procedure. Once you sculpt around the buttock area you will see a wonderful result to start. I would recommend to see a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined in person.
First, it is important to know that technicaly you have a very cosmetic buttock. However, i understand that adding more fat will give it a less pinched appearance.
You do not need a large amount of fat for this purpose. To check whether you have enough fat will need more pictures. In general the abdomen and inner thighs are good source for fat.
I think what you are describing is a good central buttock. But the outside area or the Hip area where your hip joint is, it is indented in, and you want that area to be round in harmony with your upper hip area.
If you have enough fat this can be achieved with fat transfer. This will give you a rounded buttock. If you do not have fat then an implant can be used. I have used an implant to create hips in a very straight hip person.
You appear to be an excellent candidate for a brazilian buttock lift, however I would like to see some additional views (photos) to assess all the areas for fat removal.
You have a very nice natural shape and excellent skin tone, two steps already in the right direction. See a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure and whom can demonstrate good results and you should do well.
You are correct to assume that not all fat transferred survives but up to 60% does and it looks like you have adequate amount in your lower back and hips to make this procedure successful. An exam of course would give more information.
This procedure is very effective for your buttock type. Here is a list of things that can be changed. Depending on how much fat you have or can further accumulate in other areas, your results will be dramatic.
While nothing can be done about bone structure, a lot can be done to completely reshape the buttock soft tissues and re-distribute the areas of “fullness”. Here are some things I would work on.
- Shift the volume to your central and lateral buttock and hips away from the high hip bone region
- Lengthen your buttock creases.
- Create an upside down heart or pear appearance.
- Remove as much as possible from your flanks. Without seeing the rest of your body, it appears that you can have the results you want.
Make sure you go to a surgeon who has a lot of evidence of his expertise and experience with this procedure. This has become a popular and trendy procedure now more than ever so many surgeons are just starting to get into it while some have had years and years of numerous patients and the before after images to prove it!
Since you are at your ideal weight and do not plan to lose additional weight, you are possibly a candidate. You should schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experice doing Brazillian butt lifts. He/she can determine if you have enough fat after a physical examination. It does look based on your photo that you are a good candidate for the procedure.
