Brazilian buttock lift and tummy tuck can be safely performed together
BBL and Tummy Tuck at the same time
Each surgeon has different guidelines on what procedures that he or she feels comfortable performing. Depending on the scope of the tummy tuck, it may be combined with a Brazilian Butt Lift.
You may want to do the surgeries in stages for optimal results. Consult with 3 board certified plastic surgeons in person to understand your options, and choose the surgical plan that is best for you.
Recovery is the exact opposite for these two surgeries and surely you will risk compromising your results if you do them at the same time.
I typically do the fat grafting to the buttocks first and have the patient be extra diligent about staying off their backside for 3 weeks to ensure that all the fat survives that is grafted.
You can then come back and do the tummy tuck after that 3 week period (although waiting 6-8 weeks would be preferable). It sounds like a lot with the two surgeries, but you don’t want to risk anything by trying to do too much at the same time.

We often perform a TT and the BBL together. Of course, you have to be in good health and and be a candidate for both procedures.
You should consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience performing the BBL, as well as doing both the TT and the BBL together.
TT and BBL timing
It depends on your overall health and the comfort of the surgeon you pick. I will commonly perform the procedures together. If you decide to separate them, then I would recommend you proceed with the BBL first as you can use the abdomen for donor fat.
As long as you are in good health, both a tummy tuck and BBL can usually be performed together. Its always a good idea to have an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Ask to review before and after photos of similar case the surgeon has performed. Fat could be harvested from your flanks, mid-back, upper back and abdomen to be transferred to the buttock for the BBL. Removing the fat from these area will give some improvement, but does not address the aspect of lose skin.
A tummy tuck addresses lose skin around the abdomen. Your skin appears somewhat loose on your back, but you would likely benefit from a combined TT and BBL if you are in good health.
You will need to sleep on your side for a few weeks after surgery while you recover. Watch this brief video which answers this exact question.
I would not recommend doing a BBL and Tummy tuck at the same time
As stated recovery for a BBL and tummy tuck are opposite for the reason that I tell patients they are not aloud to sit or lay on their backs for 2-3 weeks to ensure the fat survives. I recommend doing the BBL first and waiting at least 2 months before doing the tummy tuck. You do not want to risk your results doing both at the same time.
