His Academic Titles have included Assistant Professor at New York Medical College, Attending Physician and Resident Educator at NYU-LANGONE and Bellvue Hospital Medical Centers, co-Director of Oculo-facial Plastic Surgery at the St Vincent’s Hospital and SUNY Optometric Clinics in Manhattan, and an Active Member of the NYEEI Ocular Trauma Residency Program.

Dr. Eviatar received his medical degree from the NYU Grossman School of Medicine and then completed an Internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. After serving as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at NYU LANGONE Medical Center, he was awarded an ASOPRS fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Lacrimal, Orbital , Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York City.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and was a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr Eviatar has also been recognized by his peers as a New York Times’ SuperDoctor and a Top Doctor by the Castle and Connelly referral Guide since 2009.
In addition, both Real Self and New Beauty Magazines have awarded him their TOP BEAUTY DOCTOR awards.
