Fuller cheeks are always possible is with filler. Depending on how much you want to spend on getting that desired look. Voluma is a great choice and it runs about $800.00 per syringe. You would need a few syringes per side for the look that you are going for. Bone structure plays a part, you have to have a good foundation to lay the Voluma on. I hope this gives you a little insight to your options.
