Is it normal for someone over 80yo to have arm lift?
Arm lift
Dec 5, 2023
As long as you are a good candidate for arm lift and no medical issues, should be able to have arm lift. In my experience, have treated many patients of all age ranges with excellent results.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations. Medical clearance can be discussed as well.

Can I get breast augmentation without breast lift?
Breast implants without lift
Nov 29, 2023
Unfortunately, after childbirth and breastfeeding, changes in breasts may result.

Yea You can get implants without a lift- above the muscle would restore some fullness and raise them but they will remain low. In my experience, many patients avoid a lift this way.

Otherwise: Implants under the muscle without a lift would likely exaggerate sagging. For very high, perky full breasts, implants with lift are indicated.

Lastly, You can also do a lift later, after the implants, if needed.

Will a bra line back lift remove skin that was missed during a tummy tuck?
Vaser ultrasound liposuction for bra/back area
Nov 20, 2023
In my experience, Vaser ultrasound liposuction of the bra/back area removed stubborn fat and tightens skin, usually avoiding back lift scars.

This can be performed with a tummy tuck to improve 360 contour of the bra/back.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Recovery time for a flight attendant after a tummy tuck & BBL?
At least 2, preferably 4 weeks long flights after tummy tuck with BBL
Nov 19, 2023
Ideally, 4 weeks before international flight travel after tummy tuck with BBL due to higher risks for blood clots, etc.

Realizing that amount of time off likely unrealistic, 2 weeks but must be very well hydrated, move around cabin frequently, compression stockings, avoid heavy carts, etc may be feasible if no medical issues.

Final determination with your plastic surgeon and employer.

Larger cc increase
Nov 17, 2023
A lot of factors determine cup size- which also varies depending on bra company, your frame, existing breast tissue, measurements, etc.

170cc to 220cc is not likely to be a big change of a full cup size, and is likely not worth risking another surgery.

If your measurements allow, a larger increase such as 100cc (270cc implant) may give the results you are seeking and should be discussed further with your plastic surgeon.
