Biography: Amy is our computer guru. She is responsible for all of our patient correspondence and various patient education programs, medical transcription, marketing administration, and website correspondence and maintenance.

Joining our staff in 1996, Amy is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute for Medical and Dental Assistants and received her Emergency Medical Technician license from Lakeland Community College. She is also a member of PSAA (Plastic Surgery Administrative Association).

Biography: Kimberly is our plastic/reconstructive surgical specialist assistant and our micropigmentation (permanent make-up) skincare specialist. She assists with patients, performs glycolic peels and consults with patients about self maintenance skincare programs. She is responsible for staff organization as well as insurance coding and patient billing.

A graduate of the U.S. Army Medical Program, she is certified in Micropigmentation and is an Ohio Certified Continuing Education Instructor, through the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. She has also been admitted to the Association of Plastic Surgery Assistants, The Permanent Cosmetic Society of Professionals, and Allied Health Association.

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: Joanie is our medical front desk coordinator whose goal is to help our patients feel comfortable and welcome. She is responsible for a variety of duties including greeting our patients, entering their demographic information into our computer system, maintaining patients’ records, scheduling office appointments and procedures, and directing phone calls. She lends support as needed to keep the office running smoothly and all patients’ needs addressed.

She is a graduate of Dyke Business College (formerly located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio) where she attained a degree in Secretarial Science. Joining our staff in 2001, she brings with her much experience in a diversified work background.
