Biography: With over 25 years of skincare experience, Anna Churchill began her career as a professional makeup artist and licensed aesthetician. She is a certified Para-medical aesthetician specializing in acne, aging skin, antioxidants, and alpha hydroxyl acids. Anna has traveled extensively to teach innovative skin care techniques to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aestheticians and spa owners in Asia, Canada and the US. Anna has also been very active working in product formulation and training for some of the world?s top skin care companies, such as Swissline by Dermalab, NeoStrata and SkinCeuticals. Most recently she formulated her own line of products, Synergy Clinical Skin care, which focuses on hyperpigmentation, correction of aging, acne, and other conditions. Biography: Jessica is a North Carolina native and has been living in the Raleigh area with her husband and dog for the past four years. She attended Gardner-Webb University for nursing and has a strong background in emergency/trauma medicine. Jessica now enjoys working as an aesthetic nurse with experience in neuromodulators, dermal fillers and skin rejuvenation laser treatments. She is EPIC Certified through Allergan for injectables as well as CANS certified and has extensive training and experience with Botox, Juvéderm products, and the newest Vycross technology fillers. She has worked with an array of laser systems including light-therapy, Diode and Erbium lasers and holds a Sciton Joule certification—allowing her to give her clients customized laser treatments with BBL, Halo Pro and all other modalities of the Sciton system. Jessica truly cares for her clients and strives to gives them the best possible outcomes.

She specialized in ER/trauma nursing at Level I, II and III hospitals and continued in this field when she moved to NC in 2008. Her awareness of aesthetic beauty combined with her critical care knowledge provides her clients with patient safety while achieving optimal results. She has been working in medical aesthetics since 2013 and has over 6 years of experience in anti-aging through nonsurgical facial rejuvenation. Christine prefers a natural approach to aesthetics and strives to enhance the clients own beautiful and unique features by creating a soft and natural look; her profession is truly her passion.

Name: Bailey Walters

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: Bailey Walters joined Synergy as a Front Desk Coordinator in 2015 and her role later evolved into a management position. She joined Synergy with her Aesthetics License and a B.A. in Psychology from East Carolina University. In her role as cosmetic coordinator, her focus is lead generation and client retention. She’s adopted and implemented a new CRM software for client retention/lead management, along with a mass text marketing platform for communicating specials and events with higher client engagement. Bailey serves as Synergy’s first touch point for all prospective clients, and is responsible for training Synergy’s front desk coordinators on credentialing and phone training during their on-boarding period. I am the main point of contact for all new medical clients. She credentials the practice, gathers the client’s information, and converts them into consultations. Outside of work, you can find Bailey with her fiance Andrew snuggling their two pets, Sloan the dog and Flash the cat.

Position: Nurse Practitioner

Biography: Gurpreet is a certified Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner(AGNP-C) who graduated from Duke University with a MSN and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. Outside of aesthetics, her experience includes work in the ICU and cardiac division. Her passion for aesthetics is innate, which she discovered in early childhood when she started drawing and painting. Her artistic skills and strong anatomical knowledge-base lets her mix medicine and aesthetic in perfect harmony to provide the most natural results. She believes in providing evidence-based and result-oriented treatments, tailored to each individual’s unique requirements. Her approach for treatment involves carefully listening to what patients want, recognizing each patient’s anatomical differences, working closely with the patient to develop a customized plan and treating the patient safely for the best possible results.

Biography: Christie grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, attended The Pennsylvania State University earning a Bachelors in Health Policy and Administration, and then graduated from the AVEDA Institute in Chapel Hill as a Licensed Esthetician. She has worked at Synergy for over 3 years. Skincare has always been her passion, so this industry was a no brainer! Most recently, Christie attended CoolSculpting University to become fully CoolSculpting Certified. She is our Coolsculpting Technician at our Inside the Beltline location, helping to improve her client’s skin issues and level of self-confidence by reaching their goals with CoolSculpting. In her free time, Christie likes to spend time with friends and family, and making as many trips to the beach as possible!
