Hi and thank you for your question! Firm breast after breast augmentation is capsular contracture until proven otherwise. Your history of a post-op hematoma (if in that breast) certainly would predispose you to developing a capsular contracture in that breast. It looks like your arms are up in both photographs you submitted? (which technically is not animation deformity) What happens (and what do your breasts look like) with your arms down? What you are describing is called "animation deformity" and most (if not all) women with subpectoral breast implants experience it to some degree. Some do not notice this happens; others are quite aware of it. I suspect it is because of the job you do as a house cleaner (which involves repeated and frequent contractions of the pectoralis muscle), that you are quite aware of it....
