Thank you for your question and photos, I think that you would benefit from liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and back, and a modified abdominoplasty where the muscles can be plicated ( tightened) . The scar will be placed low ( under underwear and bikini) and there will be no scar around the umbilicus and some amount of lower abdominal skin is removed.
