I do not believe you need a lift. The nipple position is not low as it would be in someone who may need a lift. In addition, depending on the size of the implant, the breasts will lift a bit as well. In your case, you are a good candidate for breast augmentation if you are wanting to increase the size and improve the shape and contour of your breasts. This is a good question and is one of the negative outcomes that could occur with Botox. Your situation is very similar to another patient of mine. She began exercising a little earlier than you, around 8 months. The only difference is that I also repaired an umbilical hernia. She had swelling with some abdominal discomfort. I believe she may have pulled or torn a few muscle fibers resulting in the swelling. The swelling and discomfort went away after a few days of rest.
