Go to at least one, but better two, in-person consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons, who do both mini and full tummy tucks. It is a very good procedure if done by the right surgeon, specifically a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in patients with significant weight loss. However, it is elective cosmetic surgery and not covered by insurance.

Yes, liposuction alone works, but you need to be fully evaluated. With an exam, we can determine if there is significant glandular tissue that would look more prominent after liposuction. That said, in my experience, many men have been able to get a good result from liposuction alone.

You can find one in your area. Three hours seems way too long, unless he/she wants you to "hang around" after the surgery to observe you prior to going home. I read your comment at the bottom, and you don’t seem very confident in this surgeon, find another one.

Botox is usually charged by the unit. In our area, the average cost is $13 to $17 per unit. That being said, we are running a special of $11 per unit. Be very careful who you go to for the injection.
