Do I need a lift or can I get away with just implants and look good?

Hello lexiegeneva34,
On the one image seen it is my opinion that a breast lift at the time of augmentation would likely be most beneficial. That is, I would recommend an augmentation/ mastopexy be performed at the same time. I feel that a surgeon who performs this procedure routinely could affect the changes you are looking for in one surgery. I fear, that only undergoing breast augmentation would possibly result in a breast shape that is less than desirable….
