After 7 weeks, post op, it is not usual. You must contact with your Plastic Surgeon, to asses you properly.

According to the photo I think it can be anomalous scarring, or inflammatory bump/node due to suture or graft protusion/extrusion.

I would choose:

-anatomic implant (teardrop)

-submuscular (dual I-II)(behind muscle)

-inframammary incision

-silicone implant (cohesive gel; f.e. Allergan’s “Soft Touch / TRU FORM 2”)

-textured implants

In the other hand, photos are not quite good… I think that there is a slight asymmetry that will need to be corrected.

A proper exam with a board certified Plastic Surgeon will definitely give the correct decision.

I think that the procedures mus be done in the same surgical procedure. Cretain asimmetry may persist, but it can be easili corrected in a second stage, and your global aesthetic appearance during this reconstructivetime will be nice inmmediately.

Delayed reconstructive option can be -probably- aritmetically more accurate, but, I think it is psychologically not appropiate.

I think that your nipples are displaced slightly downward, so the best option would be a breast augmentation using Anatomical Shaped implants, subfascial. In this manner your surgery would be performed with “only” ONE scar (hemi-periareolar or inframammary). Allergan (Natrelle) Style 410 implants are a nice choice (cohesive gel Tru Form 2 or 3). With subfascial placement of teardrop implants, double-bubble effect would be avoided.

I think that your concerns related to “double-bubble” problem are correct. If implants are placed in a subglandular (sub-fascial) plane, you’ll avoid this possible complication in a near future.
