I am not aware of any literature that says antioxidants shorten the length of time that Botox will last. Some patients don’t get as much longevity from Botox depending on how their treatment are spaced and the amount they use. Best of luck!

I think you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck and liposuction. If the love handle and lower back areas do not tighten enough after the liposuction, the skin could be resected at another time. More than likely you will get a great result with the tummy tuck and liposuction alone. Best of luck!

I think this is a terrible decision. Selecting large implants will most likely make the droopiness worse over time and perhaps make the breast not fit your overall body shape. Unfortunately if you really need a lift, it is best to go ahead and do it, and the scars are worth every inch. The shape will be better in the long run.

The shapes are round and anatomic, most patients do best with a round implant, even when they want a lot of fullness at the top. The profiles have to do with the width and the projection of the implant. This selection is based on the patient’s chest measurements and how full they want to be.
