It is difficult to assess from the image if you are a good candidate for Armlet or Liposuction. Generally if the skin seems to have good elasticity you can get away with liposuction alone otherwise the redundant skin envelope has to be dealt with armlift. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon for a thorough clinical examination and opinion. All the best!
