I feel that aftercare post dermal fillers is of upmost importance .
We recommend
1. No vigorous activity for 48 hours
2. No facials ,makeup or massages
3. No spas/saunas/hot yoga
4. Avoid dental work/invasive surgery for 1 month
5.Avoid fish oil,krill oil,garlic tablets and anti-inflammatories
6. Arnica tablets for bruising
7.Antibiotics/topical antibiotics
8.Antibacterial mouth wash
9.Review in 2 weeks or earlier if any concerns
