Dr Paul and the team love to fully assess their patients. To do this they take all of their concerns and marry them with an objective analysis of their skin using the latest scanning technology. Dr Paul then uses his experienced eye to recommend a plan that will suit the patient, and make the biggest difference to that patient, for the least cost, effort and downtime (preferably zero).
It goes without saying that natural treatments are an absolute minimum standard. Dr Paul has a particular interest in corrective work and offers hyalase for filler dissolving. Amazingly many patients still don’t know that filler can be dissolved in a matter of hours. He often performs treatments for patients who have gone astray in their injectible journey, correcting patients who may for example have been overfilled or overtreated by inexperienced doctors, nurse injectors and unqualified people.

I used disport for many years and switched to Botox about 10 years ago.
I did not notice any difference whatsoever apart from the packaging, the amount of water it’s mixed with under the units.
One other thing I noticed is people have been more trusting of the Botox brand and because it’s made in Ireland where I practice I’m a little biased so chose it despite the higher cost to my practice.

All fillers attract water and cause swelling. I’m not familiar with the filler that you are describing, but I understand that it’s more difficult to make short chain fillers, like Vycross from juvederm.

Yes Nasolabial folds can be helped with Hyaluronic Acid fillers. I use Juvederm fillers which blend seamlessly with the skin and also contain an anaesthetic. This is best discussed with a consultation first but treatment can of course be given on the same appointment.

Though we do not perform Injectable treatments on those who are pregnant, there have been many cases of those while unaware they were pregnant were treated. We have never seen any reported reactions from this. if you are still worried contact your doctor and explain to them.

If your doctor used the original Botox then it can take up to 14 days to take full effect. Does your Doctor offer a free review? If so I would advise seeing your doctor again for this review and allow them to asses if you would need a top up.
