you can use a long lasting filler then you wouldnt need to repeat treatments every 3 month ,some might last you up to 2 years .Other option would be Fraxel laser that helps you produce collagen.

for forehead wrinkles i would suggest botox.I have a group of patients age 18-20 who started doing botox earlier age mainly for prevention .for handswe should take a look at pictures to see whether we need filler or laser .

I would suggest to start with botox first to relax fore head muscle , treat the crows feet and upper lip lines .After 10 days ,depending on your respond to botox , you can choose between filler or fraxel laser.I believe we would get a good response with botox in your case and for those deep lines that stay stubborn after botox if any ,we can fill them with filler s(such as between eye brow) .Fraxel helps with skin texture and some fine lines :such as upper…

Its an easy procedure, you might need 1-2 syringes and last more than a year .The whole procedure takes 20 min .

I would do a combination of botox and filler.

I use 25 g cannula and use a soft filler such as Volbella or Bellatero Balance .The filler can last 12 -18 months and you can botox every 3 month to maintain the result.

Its too soon to decide.I would wait for seven more days to make sure swelling is gone and if its still duck lip shape then we can consider hyaluronidase to dissolve filler in those area that we dont want.Most of the cases it settles and you dont need hyaluronidase. Please keep us posted .Thanls

By any chance do you remember which products you used in the past and how much each time ? half string ? one ?It depends on the type of filler ,the amount that was used and your metabolism .

If Juvederm :you can go with “volift” which last longer than ultra and ultra plus .Use those fillers that have harder molecules and absorb more water to themselves .Dont go with volbella as it doesn’t absorb water after and smooths only .I am not sure if they…
