Just because you developed a lump a few years ago, it does not mean the same thing will happen again. Development of lumps depends on 3 factors: 1. Type of filler used. There is a higher likelihood of developing lumps with thicker fillers. For this reason we try to use softer filers for lips. 2. Injector experience. It is difficult to see the degree of hollowness from these pictures. But if there is any hollowness it can be injected with Restylane to correct the hollowness. Correcting the hollowness will lead to improve in discolouration most of the times.
