Is this a normal bruise post filler?
Bruising after cheek filler
Nov 5, 2018
Hi there, bruising after any injectable treatment can occur. Its very difficult to assess in pictures, however from what I can see this looks like a normal bruise due to its bluish colour and location. It would be worthwhile speaking with your practicioner to assess if you have concerns in person. Normally it takes 2 weeks after any treatment for all swelling and inflammation to settle down.
What are these lines around my lips post filler?
New lines

Hi there,
This could be for a number of reasons, firstly i would definitely have a look at your before pictures to assess whether it was there. Too heavy a filler could have been used, if this was less than 2-3 weeks ago, it could be swelling, or it could be too much filler causing heaviness around the mouth area. I would suggest a softer filler in the future like volbella or teoxane rha2. Hope this helps!
5 weeks post and it looks like I have bruising under eye. Is this tyndall effect? I asked my pr
Hi there
Oct 26, 2018
This doesnt look like tyndall effect, its either overfilling with too much filler or impacted lymphatic drainage causing water retention under the eye. It could also be that a filler that is not suitable for the under eye area was used, which could have a large hydrophillic effect causing more water to be drawn to that area and making it look swollen. The best course of action would be to either get it dissolved with hyalase or use heat on the area to help dissolve some of the filler.
What type of filler would be best to improve facial symmetry?
Filler for facial asymmetry
Oct 26, 2018
Lower face fillers for jawline and chin requires a “harder” filler but should always be hyaluronic acid based as these are reversible and most safe. I think teoxane ultradeep and rha4 are great fillers for this area as they are dynamic with sophisticated chemistry as suit the jawline and chin perfectly. They can last up to 24 months. Cheeks also requires a thicker product and i think juvderm or teoxane rha4 are great options for this area.
Will getting botox and fillers (masseter botox) help me achieve the v jawline?
It is possible!
Oct 26, 2018
Hi there,
This is a very common request! Combination of masseter botox, cheek contouring filler and chin/jawline filler placed in correct proportions will help you achieve that more v-shaped look.
Could you give me advice on fillers or implants for hollows under eyes and tear trough deformit
Specific Under Eye Tear trough Fillers
Oct 26, 2018
Hi there,
90% of the reason people get these deep grooves or “tear troughs” under the eyes is genetic. Sleep, hydration stress etc can add to it too but only a small factor. I would 100% recommend filler under the eye with teoxane redensity 2 filler which is one of the only licensed fillers for use under the eye. It has 14 additional ingredients in it which help to brighten, tighten and rejuvenate the under eye area. Also make sure to have it done with a microcannula device rather than…
