Hard to answer this without an in person exam and specific breast measurements (and not just your height/weight). Remember also that there is no direct correlation between implant size (cc’s) and cup size. Best option is to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who actually takes the time to measure you and examine your breast pocket. Sizers will only give you a rough estimate. Swelling takes several weeks to months to fully resolve. As the swelling decreases, the breast tissue softens. Just give your body adequate time to heal and you will start seeing a change in breast shape and feel. Good luck!

I typically advise my patients at 6 weeks to get a good fitting bra that will give them the support needed, especially when they start working out. Remember that gravity always wins so the more support you have, the better your results will be long term. Good luck!!
