Is this lip filler infected?
Possible infection after dermal filler

Generally if you have an infection, the site should be painful, red with swelling. Other possibilities include granulomatous reaction. If you notice any discharge, remember to see your doctor to take microbiological swabs to confirm presence or absence of any bacteria. It is difficult to exclude a low grade infection, you may need to be prepared to hylase and dissolve your current filler + take your antibiotics.
Does Q-Switch laser work on melasma?
Q-Switch Laser for melasma

Q switch laser is a good choice for the treatment of melasma and Asian pigmentation. I have good results using 1064 nm Q-Switch laser for melasma and also for Asian pigmentation.
Q switch is based on photoacoustic waves, which shatter the pigments in the skin, as opposed to heating pigments using IPL, where the excessive heat can cause more inflammation and possibly worsen pigmentation.

Is there a permanent way to remove sun spots?
Treat SunSpots

Hi,
The short answer is “No”. Sunspots develop as a cumulative result of life time sun exposure and ageing skin, and sometimes maybe precursors of non melanoma skin cancers such as Basal cell carcinomas or Squamous cell carcinomas. Also you are likely to continue to develop more new solar keratosis as you treat existing ones. If it is a skin cancer, it will need to be treated in its own right.

Would a filler help my facial scar? Any other recommendations for treatment?
Scar that did not respond to Botox

Botox relaxes the muscles and dermal fillers “plump” lines and wrinkles. If you have an indented scar, or “depression” on the skin, it is reasonable to consider using a dermal filler to lift the “indent”. Just be careful to choose a filler that will adapt and integrate into the skin, so when you are not smiling, the filler is not too visible. A soft filler such as Juvederm Volbella, or similar product for superficial injection. Under-treat rather than over-treat…
Can I just have cheeks done in vampire facial. That’s where my acne scars are.
Vampire Face Lift and pigmentation in Asian skin

Your concern is entirely valid. Hyperpigmentation is possible as a result of dermal inflammation from platelet rich plasma (PRP) injection. Inflammation is “good” as for collagen induction, improving skin texture and tone, but inflammation is also the cause of pigmentation.
For skin types IV or above, at risk of pigmentation, consider using short term mild topical corticosteroid steroid +/- hydroquinone after vampire facial, and use skin care…

What should I do to these red acne scars?
laser acne

I would use Fotona laser Nd YAG to reduce the inflammation of your acne then later treat with Q S laser to reduce your chance of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Will need few treatments. Need early treatments to reduce chance of scarring. With your evidence of previous acne scarring on your face, you need to treat this soon.

I would suggest try Q switch laser to help with pores, pigmentation and acne. Will need several treatments with laser. May need to supplement results with a soft filler.
