See a dermatologist or cosmetic physician for microneedling with PRP (plate rich plasma therapy) and several sittings of TCA peeling. But it will take time and patience to see results. You scars will improve but it will not be 100% perfect, so your expectations must be realistic. Large pores will improve with several TCA peels and microneedling but these should be done by someone professional and experienced. This isnt a beauty therapy treatment.
