A
liposuction procedure of the upper arms removes fat only, while a brachioplasty
removes excess skin and underlying fat. If there is a significant amount of
fat present (with its associated added weight), if the skin demonstrates
no evidence of overstretching (stretch marks), and if the sag is only minimal
to moderate, an augmented liposuction may correct the deformity. On the other hand, if
there is stretched out skin, only a…

Every State has laws regarding the absolute maximum amount of fat to be removed in one sitting. In Florida, for example, we can remove 4 liters of supernatant fat (approx 6-8 lbs.). If more fat removal is anticipated, the procedure can be broken up into segments, separating the procedures by a period of time necessary to recover and achieve fluid equilibrium. If laboratory results are satisfactory, a 2 week delay between procedures may be adequate…

A secondary liposuction will give you more abdominal definition in the periumbilical area. 15% of cosmetic procedures can benefit from a secondary touch-up.
Revisit your plastic surgeon.

The donut lift is extremely limited in what it can accomplish. One can only remove 2 cm of tissue between areola and skin before puckering becomes an issue. Control of areolar size can be accomplished with a permanent running suture, but the stitch often disrupts months or years later. The breast may become flattened and pancake shaped. The procedure does have a place in the treatment of certain individuals with tuberous breasts. The addition of a…

From you photos, you appear to demonstrate fullness posteriorly and laterally with widening of the hips. A secondary liposuction will eliminate the fullness and not create significant sag.
Schedule an appointment with your plastic surgeon to evaluate and discuss.

Non-surgical modalities such as coolsculpt will marginally improve the areas but to obtain a totally smooth contour I would recommend the surgical option by a significant margin.
The procedure is relatively minimal and has a very short downtime.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for more information.

After liposuction, the treated area becomes swollen and inflamed. Reoperation in the same area is dangerous because of the higher bleeding risk due to the hypervascularity of healing and due to tissue distortion of the treated area from swelling. We usually wait 6 months before secondary lipo. If a different area is being treated, there is no increased risk, even if the same skin incision is utilized. Reoperation should be delayed until hematologic…

Hypercoagulability resulting in venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism has been associated with the use of contraceptives. Liposuction itself may increase the risk as well. Although these risks are quite small, they do exist and must be taken into consideration. Some physicians will require removal, others will not.
Your positive close family history of pulmonary embolism perhaps leans me toward removal.

From your photos, I do not see skin laxity nor significant stretch marks. A portion of your abdominal fullness my be due to stretched abdominal musculature following pregnancy. I think you may be an appropriate candidate for BBL although there are no photos of your buttocks.
Seek advice following consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

From your photos, you appear to represent an excellent candidate for BBL. Height / weight are within normal range. The procedure will flatten your abdomen, narrow your waist, and fill out the buttocks.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and further discussion.

I’m sorry to hear of your concerns. Breast reduction surgery is designed to alleviate symptoms of neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, bra strap grooving, rashes beneath the breasts. Your breast size is significant.
If you are in good health, you would be considered a candidate for breast reduction surgery. This will reduce the size as well as lift the breasts.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon.

In the breast lift procedure, excess skin is removed and the breast is brought up from its sagging position. No breast tissue is removed. There will be no significant change in breast size.
As you are concerned about breast size, you should consider breast reduction surgery to remove breast tissue as well as excess skin. I would delay surgery for at least 6 months from your previous surgery to allow for subsidence of swelling and the hypervascularity of…

Congratulations on your recent surgery. The photos you provided
appear to demonstrate significant residual swelling as expected after a mastopexy procedure. The process of breast healing after mastopexy involves
remodeling of the skin and soft tissues to accommodate the altered shape of the breasts. In addition you will still be experiencing significant
swelling which may be the cause of early asymmetry. 60-80% will resolve at
the 6th…
