These are just hair shafts and not the hair root.You hair will regrow in coming months.So no worries at all.Please visit & follow your hair restoration surgeon for proper assessment & better management.

Your picture is not much clear and it seems that your have more hyper pigmentation than acne scars.Hyper pigmentation is common after acne heals, specially it is a common problem and more obvious on back & shoulders.I think multiple sessions of chemical peeling will help more in this regard.
