Thank you for your question. Based on your photo, it looks like you may be closer to a width of between 12-12.5. An implant that is too wide or too big can cause significant damage and ultimately you may not be satisfied. Thank you for your question. Fillers in the nose can last much longer than other areas of the face. It is likely that after only 6 months there is still substantial filler present. If that is the case, then having the filler reversed or dissolved would be ideal before surgery. If the contour bothers you enough then you may benefit from more liposuction or contouring of the entire abdomen.
