Tough question to answer, but obviously we want the breast lifts to last as long as possible. The issue is less the elasticity of you skin, and more the strength of the underlying tissues. Experienced plastic surgeons rarely rely on only the skin to hold the breast (and the implant) up. Having a reasonable number of east indian and middle eastern patients in my practice I can understand your concerns. The nature of the lasers is such that the treatments need to be roughly 4-6 weeks apart on the facial hair, and a regular schedule is key to catching the _active_ hair follicles at the right times..
We like the Yag laser for this area because it has the lowest risk of hyperpigmentation, but it is effective if the timings of the treatments has been adhered to….

Generally speaking you are looking at multiple procedures that would likely take more than six hours, and as such I would reccomend an overnight stay at the hospital following lengthy procedures, especially since there will likely need to be repositioning involved as well.

The most common reason for an irritated nipple is some sort of benign irritation of the skin (dermatitis), however there are a few rare issues associated with dangerous breast conditions that can start with a itchy nipple. Seeing a breast surgeon is very important, and since this unlikely to be related to the implant, health insurance will likely cover its evaluation.

I often explain that the maximum amount of swelling after liposuction happens at around the two month mark, and after that it can take up to 6 months for the full results to be seen.
However photographs taken at the doctors office offer a more standardized view and can often show the improvement you are seeking, I suggest you discuss with your team as they are also keen on your success.

I suggest discussing with your surgeon, as the calf swelling and tenderness should be evaluated by the doctor.
While swelling is quite common in the dependent (lower) areas after liposuction, I often see it reduce faster with consistent compression garment use. The surgeon should be able to tell you if the swelling is reasonable and whether you might benefit from resuming the compression stockings

Age itself is not a limitation, but your overall health status is important to a safe and healthy outcome.

The previous c-sections you have had are unlikely to be a barrier to the tummy tuck surgery, and in fact it is possible the tummy tuck surgery might make those scars looks better.
The bypass surgery you mention needs more clarification, because if you mean cardiac or heart surgery, that might be an issue that you need to have you cardiologist check and make sure you are a good candidate for surgery. I recommend waiting approximately a year, and discourage doing revision surgery before the six month mark, Breast implants can sometimes improve around the nine month mark, I have seen a few instances where the hard and high implant has come down on its own after the six month mark.
Try your best to wait and discuss with your surgeon, as he should be able to help guide you through the process.

There are risks of visibility of the edge of the muscles that being used to help make the implant look more natural. The pectorals muscle helps make the top half of the breast a little more smooth and natural appearing, but sometimes the lower edge becomes visible especially on a thin patient.
It appears from the limited photos that the upper half of the breast is doing reasonably well, and that offers the opportunity to look at the lower half which is usually covered by most clothing…
