Can threads be used to achieve a subtle non-surgical lip lift?
Shortening the visible distance between your nose and upper lip.

Hello,
Thank you for your question.
I believe you can use a combination. Of Mono and Twist threads to achieve some volumization of the vermilion border of the upper lip especially in the cupid’s bow and the philtrum to achieve the appearance of a shortening of this area. (The results of this can take months to show, there is usually an initial change although the long term effects if the these threads is what would make the most difference).

Hello,
Thank you for your question.
I am sorry this has happened to you. You can try with a vibrating device such as an electric tooth brush or massager. Apply the vibrating end to the muscles that have been affected and with some luck it will settle quicker. Unfortunately it is not an exact since and it doesn’t always work but I would give it a go anyway. Just a few minutes a day, 3 times a day. If it helps. Please let us know so that others can use this technique if they are ever in…

Thank you for your question.
I completely agree with the other two answers. Although uncommon, you can have dry eyes after Nuerotoxin around the eyes.
It can also cause dry nose, dry mouth, double vision and difficulty in swallowing. All very rare.
But all should be non permanent as the neurotoxin (Botox) defect will only last 3-4 months.
If it doesn’t resolve by this time, I advise you see your Doctor who has done your treatment to review if this could be…

Hello nightingale111, Thank you for your question.
In my experience, the recommendation I make to my patients, is to continue their lives as usual. The recovery will come inevitably, the healing will not be significantly affected by your facial expressions, but your mood and anxiety levels about it will. So I always say, Just don’t go and purposely make funny/very expressive faces the first week or so, but otherwise just normal laughing and smiling and speaking and everything….
