Voluma or indeed any filler and also botulinum toxins are not approved for pregnant women and women who are breast feeding. Once you have stopped breast feeding you will be able to evaluate your aesthetic needs and ask you Plastic Surgeon for advice.

I think you should consider Kybella injections. At your age with the small amount of fat it should be highly effective. Most patients need 2 treatmentsdine a month apart. Procedure is done in the office under local anaesthesia.

I rarely do subciliary incisions but if you have tight lower eyelids and the fat needs to be repositioned then this is a logical plan. I have never seen a noticeable scar in this location. I think you have gotten good advice.

A blepharoplasty will not affect the shape of your brows. Botox could be used to elevate the inner brow and and also to lower the outer brows. Alternatively, an endoscopic brow lift approach with a corrugator resection will elevate the inner brow and spread them the inner angles apart. This could be performed without any elevation of the outer two thirds so as to give a more horizontal look.

There are essentially two kinds. The most common used is an inferior pedicle which leaves an anchor shaped scar and the likelihood of being able to breast feed. This type tends to have later ‘bottoming out’ with flattening of the upper pole. The other typre is a vertical mastopexy which leaves you with a ‘lollipop’ shaped scar. Buccal fat extends to the jawline. Losing weight rarely affects it. Removal of the buccal fat can give you a tighter jawline and definition of the cheek bones. You may still benefit from augmentation of the cheeks with fat, implants orfillers if you cheek bones are flat.

It would be the most important consideration. It is the minimum level of qualifications you should seek. Plastic surgeons have to take a rigorous examination set by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. They should be certified within 5 years of graduation from their Residency program. Most Hospitals will not grant admitting rights to operate for surgeons who have completed Plastic Surgery training, beyond five years after completion. Failure to achieve this milestone is a red-flag!

I have two patients at least who have regrowth of their breasts after breast reduction. This usually coincides with menopause or weight gain although normally the former. Sometimes the first breast reduction was not sufficient. Either way, a second breast reduction can be performed. It is important to know the technique used in the first surgery so as not to compromise the blood supply to the nipple.

The photographs show significant laxity with diastasis of the rectus-abdominis muscles. The only way to correct this would be with a tummy-tuck, repairing the diastasis. Depending on how much extra skin you have the procedure would be done as a standard or a modified abdominoplasty. Procedures of this kind will improve your posture and back ache.

Facelifting is not about the numbers (your age). It looks like you have significant skin laxity especially in the neck. If your breasts were not sagging before, then it is more likely that you will just have an empty upper pole. If they sagged a little before surgery then you will go back to that shape. The real problem is loss of volume and shape. Be sure to consult with a Plastic Surgeon Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who is also a Member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is experienced in Aesthetic Breast Surgery.

If they did not initially require a lift, the simple answer is ‘usually no’. They will just lose volume obviously and the upper pole will be more empty. Some small degree of sagging may occur if they were borderline before surgery. General anesthesia is obviously a risk factor. I would recommend that you consult with a Plastic Surgeon Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who will then liaise with the anesthesiologist to decide the safest way to perform the surgery. Surgery should be performed in hospital equipped to handle your condition, not in an out-patient center.

This is actually not that unusual. I put my patients on a course of gabapentin starting at 300 mgm in the evening and increasing to a dose of 900 mgm. This seems to work. Be sure to check with your PCP / PMD that there are no interactions with any meds you are currently taking. I had coolsculpting and was really happy with the results but it can take several treatments and it is not a substitute for weigh-loss or a treatment for obesity.
