Sorry to hear that you are experiencing some complications of the procedure. Unfortunately It is not very clear from your pictures the extent of wound infection. A careful clinical examination can reveal any collection, tenderness. It may require wound drainage and daily dressings. Contact your plastic surgeon to plan your treatment.

Inner thighs usually gets bruised much easily. Prior Liposuction in the same area along with fillers can make it worse. It’s hard to say by looking at your pictures if this is due to any infection.
Course of antibiotics and gentle Massage to the area is appropriate mode of treatment.

As you are still healing from your surgery you shouldn’t judge your results as final. 6-8 months Post TT VASER Lipo can be done to achieve smooth contour. Small dog ear issues can settle with time however some of these need to be revised at the time of Liposuction.
Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon as he is in the best position to judge the outcome.
Has anyone else had leakage from their belly button after a tummy tuck?

Leakage of fluid from belly button could be result of underlying collection of fluid in your surgical areas post TT which is leaking from this area. There can be localized granuloma or stitch abscess, a close examination is required in order to define the correct treatment. Wound swab for culture and sensitivity can be taken to direct the antibiotics treatment.
Your surgeon is in the best position to judge and chart treatment.

Depending on the extent of your surgery early mobilization is useful however in my practice I don’t recommend extensive excercise for 12-16 weeks. This also varies with each of my patients.
It’s best to discuss with your plastic surgeon when it’s ok to excercise as he knows the repair and risk of early physical excercise.

It’s hard to tell from your picture what exactly is the issue. However one of the most common reason for rash is the local reaction secondary to wound dressings. Some of these dressings has zinc which can cause itchiness. Your best first line of action is to take antihistamine like Desloratidine Tab once daily for few days. It’s hard to say from your picture the extent of infection. Daily dressings, continuation of antibiotics based on the culture and sensitivity of drained fluid is performed. Most of these local wound infections settle with good dressings and drainage.
