It does appear to have some scar hypertrophy. This is on the spectrum of the keloid scar. Steroid injections may help especially with itching and to help flatten the scar, but you still may require a scar revision for cosmetic appearance.

Yes you certainly a candidate for a tummy Tuck. However you do still have some intra-abdominal fullness which is likely not addressed with a tummy tuck. Ideally losing some weight preoperatively will help with your final cosmetic result.

I wouldn't worry too much about this. This can happen from time to time. Small openings can happen. This will allow some fluid draining out. The goal is to keep it as clean as possible with antibiotic ointment. Running water as well as soap should be fine. This will likely heal very well and likely will look just fine when healed. It may take a few weeks. If the incision should continue to open then further wound care would likely be needed...
Ice or Heat on Area Where Seroma Was Drained?

In early postsurgical abdominoplasty I would be very careful applying both heat and/or ice to the tissue. As the areas above the incision are often numb, you cannot discern whether or not you would getting burned or frostbite. This can certainly damage the tissue. A discussion with your plastic surgeon should be had and multiple aspirations may be required

Based on your photos you are an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. Not only can this give you better symmetry but also the added volume that you would like. Threaded lifts are not available for breast procedures. After thorough consultation, you may feel better but having implant placed. Often times this fear is relieved with a basic conversation about statistics and benefits of silicone gel implants

At 14 months postsurgical augmentation. Your likely looking at her final result. Without being able to see more photos. It is hard to recommend a procedure that could help relieve your issue. there may be surgical procedures available to you that it helped benefit your cosmetic result with a better physical exam.

Tuberous breast deformities are caused by constriction of the breast tissue herniating breast tissue into the nipple areolar complex. treatment of this deformity requires releasing of the tissue posteriorly to allow for expansion of the breast tissue from behind the nipple and areola. This is done with placement of an implant. Judging by your photos I don't think you have any problem obtaining your desired size
Could the scar redness be caused by steri-strips?

At this point her scar looks relatively normal. It is common for scar is to appear red initially and then fade over time. you may have some local irritation from a Steri-Strip but this will likely pass after it has been removed.
How many days off would a teacher assistant need from work after breast implants?

Thank you for your question. Time off depends somewhat on the procedure being done, in this case, I will assume it is a breast augmentation without any additional surgical procedures. My breast augmentation patients are generally able to resume a more sedentary job within a few days. If the job requires a lot of exertion and lifting heavy objects, I would want to discuss their time off with them in more detail.

Yes you are an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. you do have a small element of tubular shape that can be easily corrected with the proper technique. A dual plane technique with radial scoring and the proper shaped implant can leave you with an excellent result. Good Luck!

Congratulations on your recent augmentation surgery! I generally ask my patients to wait 2-3 weeks before lifting over 20 lbs, however, everyone heals differently. I like for my patients to listen to their bodies, and lift only what is comfortable using correct body mechanics. If you feel pulling or pain when lifting, waiting a little longer is what I would advise. Please check with your surgeon before doing any lifting or exercise.

My patients often see results for 9 months up to 16 months, depending on the treatment area.
