Hi Miami! Your question is a common question, so you are not alone. One of my interests is revisional surgery and so I do get to hear this from patients from time to time. What you are asking in my opinion is possible. Downsizing is done all the time. The important issue is whether your skin envelope of the breast has loosened up over the years (I know, gravity and aging is not fair!). I am so sorry you are struggling with your face lift scars. Those do look reddened, broad and not what you were expecting, I bet! Scarring is tricky and does sometimes take time to settle. In my opinion in general terms, scars can be improved by using silicone gel sheeting, massage with Vit E, laser at times and sometimes a low dose of steroid injection.
