Depending of the technique used the final appearance of the breast
cannot be evaluated earlier than 6 weeks to 6 months after the procedure.

You are on the right track.

The results after Sculptra are sometimes difficult
appreciate because the volume correction is a slow process and happens right in
front of your eyes. If you see yourself every day in the mirror you get use to
your new look and cant see the results. Comparison of clinical photography’s is
the best way to evaluate.

Ideally you should have another 2 vials treatment six weeks
after the first one and than reevaluate at 6 months after the beginning of the…

Do not panic you have options to correct the problem.

The following can and should be done early and may start immediately:

1.Regular massage or rolling pin massages of the
area.

2.Lymphatic massage.

3.Endermology

4.If you are wearing compression garment make sure
it is to too tight

5.Make sure that your skin is well hydrated – use rich

Depends on your general health.

The two procedures can be safely performed together.

Combining procedures is usually associated with less total
down time and cost savings.

If you have associated medical problems restricting the anesthesia

and fillers you need to know the following:

1.Ultherapy can cause faster absorption

Let me start with what not
going to work:

Any form of laser resurfacing
alone weather is one session of multiple sessions.

To achieve satisfactory
results the following is needed:

Surgical excision or appropriate closure followed by fractional
non ablative/ablative laser resurfacing

Intradermal micro fat grafts /nanografts will give
additional improvement.

Summary:

Do not waist your time money
of multiple laser treatment. They will do very little or nothing for the complex
type of acne…

1.Surgical revision with appropriate repair of
deep layers of the skin and use of unreactive suture material.

2.The scar should be converted to a straight line
to a gig saw pattern.

3.Treatment with fractional lasers might be needed
after the surgical revision. Find a board certified plastic surgeon familiar
wit treatment of problem scars in dark skin.

1.Its hard to give you an opinion based on the
pictures shown because they are not clinical photographs.

2.The reason for sunken eyes 5 months after the
injection may be due to descent of your eyebrows to position before the
injection.

3.Azzalure cannot be blamed for the loss of
eyelashes and eyebrow hair. Suggest evaluation by endocrinologist or even better
– age management specialist versed in hormone therapy. Your hormonal balance especially
the thyroid hormone levels should be checked.

Neurotoxins can change your facial expression. Any explanation based on the picture you are showing will be a speculation. Wait until the botulin toxin from your current treatment wears completely off. Then you will need a thorough exam of your face in repose and animation before the nature of the problem is determined.

It depends on your skin type and the way you tend to heal. As of now, use antibacterial ointment for 3 to 4 days followed with sun protection – sunscreen with moisturizer and silicone scar patches for night time use. This should be enough. You may require some form of laser skin resurfacing in the future.
