Hi When ı examined your photos, ı can see that you have too much skin excess. So ı do not believe that tis will go away by exercise or diet. You need skin, gland tissue and fat tissue removal at the same time. The operation lasts 1.5 hour. You stay one night in hospital. You must give a break to sports for one month.

Hi fat tissue transfer contains stem cells. These cell are ver effective in skin rejuvenation. Hi, You definitely need breast reduction. After breast reduction all your problems will be solved. You will be have good size and lifted breast. The surgery is done in general anesthesia, it lasts 3 hours. You stay one night in hospital. You must rest 1 week after your surgery. Your first control is 1 week after the surgery.

Hi While we are doing the breast reduction, we remove breast glandular tissue for same range. So we can not say that your breast feeding will not be affected. But the remaining glandular tissue will still have the capacity for breast feeding. Recent studies have proved that most of the patient who had breast reduction can breast feed.

Hi I examined your photos. After one year from your birth delivery, you can have vaginoplasty. The operation will tighten all the vaginal tube and the outside view will be beter.
