You would be a good candidate for tear trough fillers. It is one of the more challenging treatments technically speaking, so be sure to go to someone with experience on tear troughs.

Can I get fillers after weight loss?

Yes, absolutely dermal fillers can be done after weight loss. Congratulations on that, first of all. From your photo, it appears some dermal fillers in the temples and under eye area would balance your overall appearance. You have great cheek bones to start with.

Could I use fillers to soften my long face?
Facial fillers to soften long face

In my opinion, it appears that you may have some irregular bumps as a result of the under eye fillers. It’s difficult to say from the photo, but that could easily be reversed.
For your long shaped face, there are a couple of thoughts. You could continue to do more mid-face to cheekbone fillers – best would be Voluma or Radiesse or Sculptra, and these results are temporary. The other option would be to consider chin reduction +/- fat transfer surgeries which are more…

I recommend that you are near the end of your course of antibiotics and near resolution of the strep infection before you begin with lip fillers. This would protect you as well as your injector or clinic you are going to. Strep is very contagious.
I have bruising under my eyes after Belotero fillers was used and I have a shadow after 9 weeks. What
Bruising and shadow under eyes after Belotero

Aug 3, 2018
Without seeing the before photo, it is hard to tell if the darkness is caused by a remaining bruise or it is a shadow from over filling. If it is a bruise, then treatments with MP2 (or magnetic pulse) with Venus Versa and Arnica cream can help. If it is a shadow from overfilling, then I would recommend for you to get the filler reversed and start over. Typically, Belotero has very low to no risks of the bluish Tindell effect so it doesn’t appear to be the product causing the…
What can I do about my asymmetrical face?
Asymmetrical Face
Aug 3, 2018
Aug 3, 2018
Correction of asymmetry is usually achieved with dermal fillers and botox. Like sculpting, these treatments can be used to fill in areas that are deficient as compared to the other side, which can also create lift. Filler can be applied to the chin and jaw line to create symmetry with the other side. Botox can be used to relax a brow that is over active and to raise the other side’s brow to match. Finally filler can be placed to correct the shape of the nose. Like all aesthetic…
Belotero injections done incorrectly? I got Belotero injected in the year troughs 4 days ago.
Tear Troughs swelling
Jul 30, 2018
Jul 30, 2018
It appears from the photo that you may have had a bit too much filler in one spot which results in the appearance of a bulge. Belotero is made of hyaluronic acid, which pulls in water and is hydrophilic. Depending on the technique that it used, too much may be placed and can result in unwanted swelling. I do tear troughs very regularly and apply a special technique when doing this advanced procedure.
