Thank you for your question. EmSculpt builds muscle which in turn increases strength, so to answer your question, yes. Many of our patients who have done abdomen treatments say that they are able to do more in the gym and that EmSculpt has improved their abdomen strength and endurance. Thank you for your question. Exilis Ultra uses radio frequency and ultrasound technology to tighten the skin, so no lasers are involved. This means that no hair is removed. We have done treatment over eyebrows and no hair was removed. The treatment should not be burning your skin or hair follicles and all hair should stay attached. I hope this helps. Thank you for your question. At this time EmSculpt is not FDA approved for the thighs so it may be difficult to find a practice that will perform it on the thighs. We have tried it on our staff here and have found some great results and improved strength when applied to the top of the thigh. I imagine that it will be FDA approved for the thighs in the near future, and once it is you will be sure to see positive results and increased strength. I hope this helps.

Hi, thank you for your question. EmSculpt is a safe option and will not affect your arthritis. It is also alright to use with titanium screws since titanium does not conduct heat. It is best if the screws are not near the treatment area, but either way they should not be an issue. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. EmSculpt is a great option to help build muscle and a lot of the benefits will come from the first 4-6 treatments. These results will continue even after your treatment series so I would recommend banking the remaining two treatments for maintenance. It sounds like the power was turned up too high or the applicator was too close to the skin. It is true that some people are more sensitive to the treatment and the knot is a sign that the fat cells are being destroyed.
