Thank you for your question.In your case to obtain an optimal breast shape some type of lift would be required. The skin excess is unfortunately too much to fill with fat grafting. Although fat transfer can be a useful technique to improve shape it will not accommodate the excess skin. A breast lift can give you optimal breast shape and position.

Thank you for your question. Many patients have a hard time predicting cup size before surgery. The best thing to do is discuss shape and review images before surgery to make sure you have a common goal. Then I would buy sports bras after surgery and get properly fitted for a bra 6-8 weeks after surgery.

Thank you for the question. Typically one month (4 weeks) after surgery, your new breast shape will be fully visible, with the swelling gone and breast tissue healed. Your incisions will begin to fade away. Three months after surgery (12 weeks), your breasts appear natural and rounded and have settled into place and by six months after surgery, your incisions will have faded and blended in with your skin color. Typically one week after surgery, swelling will have begun to diminish. You will be feeling better and able to resume light activities. If your job does not require strenuous motion, you may return to work. Two weeks after surgery, the majority of swelling will almost be gone. You may still require occasional over-the-counter pain relief, but you will generally feel good enough to work and return to normal activities. It is still possible to have a BBL after implant removal. A consultation would be best for a doctor to decide the best route for the procedure, mainly assessing the band of scar tissue. BBLs can be done in the operating room or through minimally invasive techniques in-office under local anesthesia. The scar tissue can be minimized/removed and the indentation rounded out through the fat transfer.
