I would encourage you to also look into Kybella. It is a non-surgical solution for removing fat and works great under the chin (your area of concern). You have very little fat under your chin and I think liposuction would be too invasive for such a small amount of fat. It is difficult to see any “asymmetry” in the photos provided. In order to preform a proper BBL you must have enough fat to fill the area. It seems you have minimal fat, I don’t believe you would be a good candidate for this procedure. Try looking into Sculptra injectable as an option to enhance this area if you are not interested in implants.
