For two weeks out, those scars are looking great. I would imagine in six weeks they will be flat and in six months will be hard to see. It is important to follow you plastic surgeon's instructions as well as their scar protocols. For myself and many plastic surgeons I start patients on silicone scar therapy to get a smooth and flat scar.

With regards to reducing one breast and placing the same size implants, I believe that is the preferred practice. My preference is to be able to use similar sized implants to have the best symmetry when lifting the breasts. Removing breast tissue is quite simple when lifting the breasts, you just remove more tissue from the larger breasts.

Typically breast augmentation does not inhibit a woman's ability to breast feed as long as the implants are placed beneath the muscle. If the breast augmentation requires significant change in nipple position with breast lift, there is potential for changes in ability to breast feed.
