If a surgeon starts with various choices, he or she has not listened to your goals / expectations and the final result may be what the surgeon wants rather than what you want. I would advise you to make a list of issues that you are unhappy with or bother you and then visit the surgeons for a consultation.

Sorry to hear about your muscle spasms. Looks as if you have excellent result. The spasms will improve with time. Limit your activity to help with your spasms, especially repetitive movement or heavy lifting. Muscle relaxants can help but please check with your plastic surgeon as they do have side effects.

Your results look good but looking at the upper pole fullness, looks like the implants may still drop a little. Sometimes it may take patients a little longer (6-9 months) to realize the end result. Continue with massage, be patient, and discuss it with your plastic surgeon.

The procedure depends on your expectations and the extent of the procedures you are willing to undertake. The best results are with a tummy tuck as it will tighten your muscles for the laxity, remove the fat and the extra skin to give a tight abdomen. There are patients not willing to go through an extensive procedure and thus can be offered other procedures depending on their exam and expectations. Pain pump is widely used for pain and seems to work well. The additional cost is worth for most patients although sometimes I have also injected the medication into the muscle at the time of the procedure. Using medications such as Exparel can add to the cost but have show to be effective. You should discuss various options / pricing / availability with your surgeon to come to a final conclusion.
