Recurring cystic acne on nose

I can understand why the redness on your nose is concerning you. This may be acne, but I suspect this may be rosacea or another inflammatory condition often seen on the nose, called perniosis. I would recommend having this examined directly by a qualified dermatologist to ensure the correct diagnosis is made and suitable treatment is given.
